The elderflower tree was said to be either holy to witches or anathema to them. Either way, this saison balances the traditional orange and coriander with the intriguing floral notes of elderflower. Drink some and let us know if the witches show up. Ages for up to four months. Serve in a tulip glass. Pairs well with honey-glazed carrots, blueberry pie, and quinoa with pickled beets.

Dark gold hue and warming orange and spice. Allow to warm 5 degrees. Serve to friends in a goblet, or drink from goblet all by yourself if you're kind of a loner who doesn't get out much.
