Light and easy drinking, with a subtle floral note that balances the sweet, farmhouse style saison. Brewed with the classic noble hop Saaz and the centuries-old British hop East Kent Goldings, the soft, vegetable notes of the hop profile compliment the bright, floral linden. This Linden Saison compliments roast chicken with fennel, burgers with special sauce, aged sheep’s milk cheese, and corn chowder.
